shredding thoughts

My butt is killing me. I have no idea why.

What exactly does pelvis tilted forward mean, Jillian? (for "high knees")

16 days done!! WOOHOO!

I can do REAL push ups now. Just don't ask me how many.

Time to move on to level 3 now. Level 2 has kicked my rump for long enough. Time for even more pain gain pain!

What on earth was Jillian thinking when she got that tattoo on her ankle. Are those wings crawling up her leg?

Full day of work today (this is a scheduled post) so I can't workout until late tonight. I hate working out late!

That tattoo was a bad idea. Even not seeing it close up, I can tell you that.

I'm not a tattoo girl, but despite that (and like Arizona Mamma), I can't get past her shoes. They're ugly!

I might need to try this Shred. I need to pump up my workouts (actually, I just need the motivation to work out in the first place).
